Many of the residents say that the park used to be more beautiful than anythings else in the surroundings. Today, many of the remaining buildings are a bit sunken in or are inaccessible.
Many parts of the park are inaccessible as well and closed down since the slope is in danger to come off and slide down, especially those with view to the Sea – or since they were not looked after anymore for a long time.
