Carla is very curious and loves food above all, as you can see at the picture on the left – where she enjoys eating a banana.
She occasionally likes to land on her carer’s shoulder, just to see what he or she has brought to eat!
Carla loves fruits above all, particularly pomegranates, oranges and vegan yoghurt with coconut milk, or simply everything which is tasty…
With her we need to take care that she doesn’t eat too many sweets or too much fat (nuts).
If you would like to feed Carla, please offer her only fruits! For almost all exotic birds who are living in captivity there is a certain risk of fatty degeneration of the liver.
